Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting membership options and services to potential and existing members.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership and Management: Assist in overseeing club operations, including management of front desk, porters, and babysitting team members. Work with department managers to achieve success for the entire club.
  • Communication: Communicate daily with the General Manager to provide updates on front desk performance and status. Hold regular meetings with staff members to provide feedback and development opportunities.
  • Club Management: Conduct regular club inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. Ensure all signage, TVs, and marketing materials are current and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Work Environment
