Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting membership options and services to potential and existing members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Leadership and Management: Assist in overseeing club operations, including management of front desk, porters, and babysitting team members. Work with department managers to achieve success for the entire club.
- Communication: Communicate daily with the General Manager to provide updates on front desk performance and status. Hold regular meetings with staff members to provide feedback and development opportunities.
- Club Management: Conduct regular club inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. Ensure all signage, TVs, and marketing materials are current and up-to-date.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Competitive Salary: $19.00 per hour.

This position operates in a fast-paced health club environment. The Sales Specialist is expected to maintain a minimum of 40 hours per week work schedule, with the ability to work night and weekend hours as needed.
