Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve discrepancies in billing, general ledger, and Intacct to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts to optimize financial health.
  • Prepare timely and accurate documentation of general accounting responsibilities.
  • Review and prepare account reconciliations.
  • Perform accounting credit/debit adjustments.
  • Assist the team with accounting issues and queries.
  • Respond to credit card chargebacks via Stripe monthly.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Prepare analysis of other accounts as requested.
  • Ensure precise data entry.
  • Assist with audit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on general ledger and reconciliations.
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal forms.
  • AA or BA degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Intacct, Oracle, or NetSuite/Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with experience in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
