Job Summary
The Sports Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of sports-related capital improvement projects. This includes managing project teams, developing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and improve project efficiency

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in program management, project management, or construction management
- Demonstrated experience in delivering major capital projects successfully (on budget, on time, meeting safety and quality standards)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimation and scheduling software

Turner & Townsend Heery offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
