We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to lead our team in delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

About Our Opportunity:

The Construction Project Director will play a critical role in driving project success, overseeing all aspects of project execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to foster open communication and resolve issues promptly.
  • IDentify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently, effectively, and safely, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Manage project close-out processes to ensure smooth handovers, knowledge transfer, and post-project evaluation.

Your Background:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
