AlohaCare, a leading non-profit health plan in Hawaii, seeks a skilled Credentialing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the credentialing process is completed efficiently and effectively.

The Credentialing Operations Specialist will be responsible for reviewing credentialing applications from healthcare professionals, verifying licensure information, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our Provider Relations and Credentialing Team to ensure seamless integration of new providers into our network.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have experience working with database management systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) employer contribution.
