Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate activities of aides to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Perform basic daily nursing functions, including administering medications and providing resident care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and empathy to residents and their families
