Position Overview:
Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is actively seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Practical Nursing Specialists (LPNs) to enhance our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and document medications and treatments effectively.
- Prepare for and assist healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Provide essential support and health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with team members in planning, executing, and assessing nursing care and patient activities.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of patients.
