Job Title: Interventional Radiology

At Saunders Staffing Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Cath Lab Technologist works in the cardiovascular catheterization laboratory performing a variety of duties, including operating radiographic fluoroscopic equipment and assisting physicians, technologists, and nurses in maintaining a customer-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiographic fluoroscopic equipment during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Assist physicians, technologists, and nurses in maintaining a customer-friendly environment
  • Participate in call rotation and adhere to variable shift scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Cardiovascular technologist (CVT) certification
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
  • BLS certification on the first day of employment
  • ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
  • At least 1 year of experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac and/or general catheterization laboratory
  • Experience in digital and cine imaging and archiving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • X-ray proficiency
  • Monitoring proficiency
  • Scrubbing proficiency
