Position Overview

The Regional Safety Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety across multiple sites. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while providing guidance and support to site safety coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Monthly Safety Meetings: Lead discussions with site safety coordinators to analyze safety trends, introduce initiatives, and foster improvements. Provide mentorship and training as necessary.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform regular site visits and safety inspections, ensuring that corrective actions from audits and daily safety reports are addressed promptly.
  • Implement Safety Policies: Assist in the development and execution of health and safety policies and procedures, supporting centers in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
