Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Myriad Hotel. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues or guest requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and staff performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in hospitality or a related field is an asset).
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
