As an Appliance Service Professional Trainee, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances and equipment in customers' homes, using basic tools and instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair, and test appliances, and providing accurate cost estimates to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in customers' homes
  • Use basic tools and instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair, and test appliances
  • Provide accurate cost estimates to customers
  • Use an I-Pad for service call processing, routing functions, and parts management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of appliance repair and maintenance
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
