The Nemours Foundation seeks a skilled Associate Nurse Manager to join its team in the Staffing Resource Pool. This role plays a pivotal part in operational and administrative support, expanding nursing leadership presence in the practice area.

About the Role

In partnership with the Nurse Manager, responsibilities include planning, developing, and utilizing human and material resources to meet departmental needs. Key duties include people management, performance management, onboarding of new associates, and influencing professional development through Nursing Advancement @ Nemours (NA@N).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care management.
  • Contribute to quality assessment and improvement programs, identifying opportunities to enhance services.
  • Ensure evidence-based care delivery and benchmarked quality patient service and outcomes.
  • Serve as a resource and role model for front-line leadership among the patient care team.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a BSN degree, licensed Registered Nurse certification in DE and American Heart Association BLS. A minimum of three years' experience is required, with nursing specialty certification preferred.

Compensation

This role offers an estimated annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
