Overview

Fast Pace Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and experiences. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Clinic Director.

This leadership position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

The Clinic Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and training staff members. This role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and training staff members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff members to enhance their performance and development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Physician Assistant Studies (MSPA), or Physical Therapy
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services
