Key Responsibilities:

- Set tables according to event specifications.
- Transport necessary equipment and beverages from storage to event locations.
- Arrange and display food and beverages on buffet tables.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on friendliness and professionalism.
- Efficiently clear used china, glassware, and silverware from dining areas.
- Return used items to the kitchen's dishwashing area.
- Organize and return unused equipment and beverages to storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Catering Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Familiarity with appropriate table settings, serviceware, and menu items.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English for effective communication with guests.
- Ability to memorize and promote various menu items.
- Capacity to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
