Job Summary

We are seeking a personable and approachable Barbershop Operations Manager to oversee our bustling establishment. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clientele. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests upon arrival, managing appointment bookings, and handling incoming calls, while also ensuring that customers' needs are met throughout their visits. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in multitasking. You will also assist the management team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and supply procurement.


Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests as they enter the barbershop
  • Manage phone inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and attend to clients during their services
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service is preferred
