Drug Rebate Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced Drug Rebate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale rebate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of rebate professionals responsible for providing rebate management solutions to state Medicaid clients, ensuring compliant and accurate billing and collection of billions of dollars each year.
- Build and maintain relationships with client service teams to ensure compliance with CMS regulations and Conduent financial standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve rebate staff performance and deliver services that meet client needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on CMS rebate regulations and trends in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to resolve rebate disputes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a manufacturer drug rebate program in a government or private sector setting.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Experience with Medicaid drug rebate dispute resolution between state and pharmaceutical companies.
- Ability to comprehend quantitative and qualitative methods to perform accurate analysis.
- 3-5 years of staff management experience, including a proven record of managing various levels within an organization.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
