  • Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
  • Adapt to various tasks as a front desk associate, including sales, customer support, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Assist in building and retaining a client base through in-person interactions and outreach
