Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin or compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire date.
