About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at LifeSource, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term care communities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term care communities
- Conduct geriatric assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
- Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in the interview process to select extenders
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Salary Range:
$250,000 - $350,000 per year, based on experience
