Trust and Estates Department Administrator

SourcePro Search is currently seeking a full-time Legal Secretary to join its Trust & Estates Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to contribute to a dynamic and respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Trust & Estates team, including managing and editing legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications, utilizing software tools such as Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management systems to perform tasks efficiently. Maintain organization of files, documents, and correspondence, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in Trust & Estates. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, as well as familiarity with document management software. Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams.
