We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR/Teller. As a key member of our Financial Center team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for consultative conversations, helping them find solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Maintain a high level of risk awareness, adhering to bank policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience:
  • Deepen relationships by listening to customers' specific needs and guiding them to where their financial needs can be met.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to address issues.
  • Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality, earning customers' trust and respect.
Operations:
  • Perform daily office responsibilities efficiently, working collaboratively with the platform team to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage balancing records accurately, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
Referrals:
  • Identify customer needs and refer them to Bankers or business partners for consultative conversations.
  • Stay up-to-date on Retail products and services, utilizing tools to track referrals effectively.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in cash handling and customer-facing roles is an asset.
  • The ability to interact comfortably with the public, adhere to dress code guidelines, and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making is essential.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and job requirements. Fifth Third Bank offers competitive compensation and benefits packages to its employees.
