About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional shopping experience. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front end area and self-checkout lanes.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or self-checkout systems.
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, smiling, and thanking them for their business.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
