Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care in accordance with established plans and policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with resident record documentation requirements and monitor the accuracy of medical records.
  • Staffing: Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and manage staffing needs to meet the demands of the unit.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility. Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing administration.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
