Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at HumanGood. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, providing exceptional care and support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
- Initiate and implement plans of care as needed, supervising resident care and ensuring a safe and healthy environment
- Develop and coordinate assignments with care partners, promoting resident satisfaction and care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care (senior care experience preferred)
- New graduates welcome to apply
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $37 to $45, depending on experience
- A $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
- A generous shift differential for weekend, PM, and night shifts
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement
