Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Solomon Page. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Book venues, caterers, and schedule speakers to create memorable events.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues to achieve the most favorable terms.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage events and address potential problems that may arise, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Event Evaluation: Evaluate event success and submit reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in event coordination, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Communications, or Public Relations is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, well-organized with multi-tasking skills, and problem-solving ability.
