Job Summary

Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone, including identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Assist customers with merchandise, answer questions, and provide product information in a knowledgeable and polite manner.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandise all items per company best practice to the monthly presentation guidelines and maintain merchandise/brand name familiarity within departments to assist customers.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, and store safety.
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative, and pleasant manner.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
  • Ability to use all store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PC as required.
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent changes in priorities and tasks. The associate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
