Position: Cleaning Technician

This is an entry-level opportunity.

We are looking for a part-time Cleaning Technician who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, excels in teamwork, and takes pride in their responsibilities.

This position is well-suited for individuals with service experience who are seeking entry-level roles where prior experience is not required.

A typical day includes:

Meeting at the office for a brief team discussion, loading the vehicles, and proceeding to the first assignment. Working in teams of at least two, we will have between one to three jobs scheduled for the day, with variability for smaller or larger tasks.

After completing the final assignment, we return to the office, spend about ten minutes restocking and preparing for the next day, and then head home.

AVAILABLE PART-TIME SHIFTS:

8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

Ability to lift 35 lbs and engage in active cleaning for up to 3 or 4 hours a day.

Background checks are conducted on all employees.

You May Be a Great Fit If:

Customer Service Experience: If you have experience in customer service roles, such as CNA or Senior Caregiver, or if you are naturally service-oriented.

Transportation Experience: If you have driven for rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, emphasizing the importance of a clean driving record.

Service Industry Enthusiast: If you have a background in the service industry, whether as a bartender, server, barista, retail cashier, or similar roles.

Previous Cleaning or Maintenance Experience: If you have worked as a custodian, commercial cleaning technician, janitor, in housekeeping, residential cleaning, warehousing, or assembly, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $14 to $16 per hour + Bonus + Tip
