Key Responsibilities:
  • Support high-profile and high-volume recruitment activities for various agencies, including delegated examining and merit promotion initiatives.
  • Apply expertise to support quality control processes, reviewing work products and providing constructive corrections and recommendations for improvement as a method of on-the-job training.
  • Review job analyses, assessment questionnaires, job opportunity announcements, ratings, and certificates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff and clients to resolve escalated issues.
  • Attend client meetings and perform job analysis, develop assessment questionnaires, and document evaluation criteria in accordance with agency requirements.
  • Work as part of a team, coaching, mentoring, and training HR Assistants and Specialists.
Job Requirements:
  • A U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DEU certification as a condition of employment.
  • Current DEU certification and recent experience working in a DEU environment is preferred.
  • Six years of federal operational staffing experience, with three years of recent experience, including completing job analyses, posting job announcements, performing qualifications adjudications, and issuing selection certificates.
  • Experience performing staffing duties with USA Staffing Upgrade is required.
  • Ability to apply and interpret federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific operating procedures.
  • Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree highly recommended.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the government-required security clearance.
  • Frequent travel up to 50%.
