- Help create and manage budgets and forecasts, aligning financial planning with organizational goals.
- Liaise with department heads and business stakeholders to understand IT needs and align solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between IT and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of technology into business processes.
- Design, support, and implement core infrastructure technologies (LAN, WAN, ACI, firewalls, Wi-Fi, circuits, VPNs) as well as virtual and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to create system specifications and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Plan, design, manage, test, and execute technology solutions while ensuring deployment risks are understood and mitigated.
- Identify and implement process improvements or automation in day-to-day operations to improve network performance and efficiency.
- Maintain and monitor the ongoing reliability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.
- Analyze, classify, and prioritize network issues, providing appropriate solutions and remedies.
- Support multiple complex systems or applications with numerous users, ensuring control and accessibility.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues with systems and software and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of technical experience in an enterprise Cisco environment.
- Minimum five years of network administration experience, including VLAN creation, routing, switching, and using network monitoring tools.
- Proven experience collaborating with departments such as executives, facilities, HR, finance, and operations, and external partners.
- Solid knowledge and experience with network routing and switching.
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches, Wi-Fi, including Cisco DNA, and Meraki Wireless.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Azure Cloud technologies.
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies and new circuit deployment.
Pursuit Collection offers a competitive salary range of $120,000/year to $130,000/year based on experience and skill set. This role is eligible for a yearly 10% bonus. We also offer a full suite of benefits, including flexible time off, a 401k contribution matching plan, and discounts at our hotels, restaurants, and attractions.
