  • Work under the direction of a qualified physician to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal respiratory health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in science from an A.M.A. approved school of Respiratory Care.
  • Current/valid Massachusetts license as a Respiratory Therapist, RRT.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a productive team member.
