Job Summary:

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our stores. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales, shrink, payroll, and expense goals, while coaching and motivating a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, building brand loyalty, and providing feedback to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth by providing an omni-channel experience to every customer
* Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining top talent
* Organize and plan daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly
* Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with your team
* Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Windsor's Visual Guidelines

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of retail management experience
* Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
* Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
* Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
* Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends, and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast-paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
