Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester will provide exceptional care to patients in need, conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized nursing interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop effective nursing plans
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure quality care
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred
