Store Customer Experience Specialist

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As a Store Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Selling merchandise, including clothing, accessories, and toys.
- Maintaining store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Working collaboratively with the Store Leadership Team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experienced in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail setting.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 - $18.75 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary: $31,200 - $38,700 per year
