Certified Arborist

Paxon Energy & Infrastructure Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Certified Arborist to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our vegetation management team, you will be responsible for inspecting trees, flagging hazardous trees, and providing expert recommendations on tree management.

• Tree Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of trees to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for management.
• Hazard Tree Flagging: Flag hazardous trees and communicate with operational leaders to ensure safe removal or management.
• Tree Management Recommendations: Provide expert recommendations on tree management to ensure the safety of our clients and the public.
• Vegetation Operations Management: Manage and coordinate daily vegetation operations to ensure efficient and effective management of our clients' properties.
• Reporting and Communication: Submit detailed reports and information to vegetation management leaders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Certified Arborist: Must be certified as an Arborist through a recognized organization such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA).
• Licensed and Registered: Must be licensed and registered in vegetation management, forestry, or arboriculture.
• GIS Application Experience: Must have experience with GIS applications such as Arc Collector or Fulcrum.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Must have strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• TRAQ Certification: TRAQ certification is preferred but not required.
• ISA Utility Specialist Certification: ISA Utility Specialist certification is preferred but not required.
• Forestry Degree: A forestry degree is preferred but not required.
