About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Acro Service Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Support Corporate Policies

Develop and implement safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrections to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Project Management

Supervise construction and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.

Team Leadership

Train, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Compliance and Regulatory

Ensure compliance with local and national labor agreements, divisional, and corporate policies.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required; trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training; 5 years of experience in maintenance and operations management.

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to work any assigned shift, including daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required; ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings; knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts; experience in machine, assembly, and/or facility areas; knowledge of and ability to ensure a safe industrial work environment.
