Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and determine care requirements
  • Develop and implement appropriate nursing interventions
  • Deliver care that is suitable for the patient's condition and age
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation related to medical necessity
  • Oversee the creation and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Perform timely quality improvement assessments
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • At least six months of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
