Job Opportunity

Aspen Medical is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Winnemucca, NV.

  • Location: Winnemucca, NV (Construction site, Occupational Health for construction operations)
  • Duration: 2.5 years
  • Employment Type: W-2 or 1099
Key Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from a state-accredited program
    • Post Graduate Occupational Health qualification or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of clinic management experience (experience in remote locations a plus)
  • Licensing and Certifications:
    • Must be appropriately licensed, qualified, and registered to work in Nevada
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS/ALS)
    • Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Mental Health First Aid America certification or equivalent)

  • Professionalism and Adaptability:
    • High level of professionalism and adaptability
  • Medical Expertise and Occupational Health Knowledge:
    • Experience in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment, along with strong emergency medical and trauma care skills
    • Proven qualifications or experience in occupational health, especially in construction or industrial settings
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)
