Cencora is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead our ERP service operations. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our ERP services to our global business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Dynamics 365 CoE team to deliver high-quality ERP services to our global business.
- Develop and implement service roadmaps to align with business initiatives.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Service Delivery Managers to define new and enhance existing services.
- Accountable for negotiating Service Level Agreements with business partners.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation, and on-going management of new and existing services and products.
- Deliver Quarterly Service Reviews to ensure service performance metrics are met.
- Manage resources and mentor other IT resources to ensure the success of the team.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in an IT environment with significant business exposure.
- Subject matter expertise in both business and technology.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence associates who are not in your direct reporting structure.
- Advanced interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain relationships and navigate formal and informal networks to create results.
