Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of patient care, managing the flow of patients through the Main Operating Room, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available to provide high-quality care. You will work closely with our nursing staff, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of patient care in the Main Operating Room, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to provide high-quality care.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the Main Operating Room, ensuring that patients are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our nursing staff, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care in the Main Operating Room.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all necessary resources are available to provide high-quality care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
