Dental Practice Manager

Milton Orthodontics, a community-based practice, seeks an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient and team interactions, appointment scheduling, opening and closing procedures, insurance eligibility checks, billing, and treatment coordination.

- Creating an environment that fosters teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Managing daily operations, including patient and staff interactions, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and staffing.
- Responding efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
- Performing marketing and public relations activities.
- Ensuring the delivery of quality customer service within the office.
- Resolving patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Trains, develops, and manages staff to meet performance standards.
- Monitors and maintains office budget.
- Oversees collections and accounts receivable.
- Ran and analyzes management reports.
- Maintains patient data according to regulations and company policies.
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
