Key Responsibilities- Provide three-on-one patient care, administering medication, taking vitals, and assisting with daily care, such as grooming and toileting.
- Offer emotional support to our patients and work with physicians to ensure proper treatment is always administered.
- Observe symptoms and report to the physicians, ensuring the safety of our patients and safeguarding their rights.
- Provide recreation and diversion for patients, promoting a positive and engaging environment.
- Record and document medical findings, symptoms, and observations, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Act as a consultant for our patient's welfare, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Active CPR certification (skills & cognitive)
- Valid RN Florida or Compact license
