We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Cenergy International. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Oversee construction sites and general contractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Review and approve safe work permits, conduct daily safety briefings, and coordinate site activities with prime contractors.
  • Ensure projects are constructed and documented in accordance with contract documents and good engineering practices.
  • Identify, mitigate, and track construction issues, adhering to legal regulations, building codes, and other requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with reliable contractors and vendors, acquiring equipment and materials as needed.
  • Plan construction operations, schedule intermediate phases, and respond to project disruptions.
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses, conducting pre-start-up inspections and maintaining checklists.
  • Report project status to management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of industrial construction experience, with oil and gas experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with a valid driver's license and current state minimum vehicle insurance coverage.
