Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Utilize technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practice, and coordination of care with other healthcare team members
- Practice big-city medicine with a small-town feel, making a positive difference in your community
- Participate in our Nurse Residency Program, a 12-month program designed to ensure your clinical knowledge, tools, and support for a successful nursing career
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Meet our nurses and learn about our Nurse Residency Program
