Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Journeyman Technician to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities, buildings, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems.
  • Install, replace, and repair pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Perform repairs and modifications to buildings and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Coordinate work with outside contractors and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Journeyman License in HVAC or related field.
