Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs and obtaining medical histories
- Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals, and prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
- Administer injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy
- Answer telephone calls and screen referrals
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or equivalent experience
- Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials highly preferred
