Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $87,230.00 - $130,900.00 per year in California.

Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of partially customized internal enrollment activities from sale close to launch for client implementations and complex renewals
  • Create minimally customized project plans incorporating existing processes to ensure all milestones are achieved and prevent missing key deliverables
  • Provide input and recommendations on implementation strategy through virtual and in-person client meetings (Brokers, Client Groups, and/or HR) to ensure successful onboarding
  • Assist with development of minimally customized collateral used to educate client/broker on the enrollment through billing process
  • Post-enrollment period, responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements such as modernizing client collateral and artifacts, optimizing internal enrollment processes, creating improved performance measures, etc.
