**Supporting Individuals with Developmental Disabilities**

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Associate Service Coordinator. This part-time position is ideal for students looking to gain experience in case management and advocacy while pursuing their studies.

As an Associate Service Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced Service Coordinators to provide support to clients, including children, adults, and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients and their families in accessing and maintaining necessary services and supports.
  • Representing clients' interests and collaborating with community agencies.
  • Contributing to the development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), Individual Program Plans (IPP), and quarterly documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing reports as required.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Junior or Senior standing in a bachelor's program with relevant coursework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A valid California driver license and automobile liability insurance.
