Safety and Security Specialist - Providence Health & Services
The Safety Management Division is a pivotal entity responsible for overseeing a diverse array of initiatives that ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and property within the Providence Health & Services network. Team members in this division are tasked with monitoring extensive facilities across multiple locations. The EMT/Safety & Security Specialist plays a crucial role within this division, focusing on four main areas of accountability along with various additional responsibilities. Each Specialist is a vital resource available to support Providence Health & Services personnel around the clock.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Night shift, 36 hours per week
Essential Qualifications:
- Upon employment: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Within 60 days of employment: Montana PSP Security Guard License from the Montana Board of Private Security
- Within one year of employment: Montana Emergency Medical Technician License
- Within 90 days of employment: Management of Aggressive Behavior Certification
- Prior experience with typing/keyboard operations necessary for accurate and timely data entry and retrieval.
- Associate's Degree
- Two years of experience in military, law enforcement, or private security sectors.

Compensation:
The figures presented are the base salary range; additional compensation may be available for this position, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
