Pharmacy Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct Pharmacy Staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including Patient Safety, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Inventory Management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Motivate and inspire staff to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Pharmacy License in the state where you are employed
  • Not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Hold Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • Be listed as the pharmacist-in-charge on the pharmacy's state license
  • Submit required information/documents to your state PMP administrator for PMP access

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65-$81 per hour, commensurate with experience.
