We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assessment and planning of individual treatment programs for patients, consulting with relevant staff members as needed.
- Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by Health Care Practitioner, administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols, including proper safety techniques, procedures and standard precautions.
- Respond to patient crises as set forth by site policy and procedure, and assist Health Care Practitioner in medical procedures as necessary.
- Document nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting, attend mandatory staff meetings and training, and communicate information to relevant staff members as necessary.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
